Users could select prompts guiding the generative art engine to create unique arena graphics, drawing from Iverson's career. This project, part of Hennessy's "Courts Beyond Limits" series, merges cutting-edge technology with a passion for basketball, allowing fans to receive custom 1 of 1 creations of virtual basketball courts.
The experience was presented at NBA All-Star weekend with an onsite event featuring a 30-foot LED panoramic arc and an online microsite, enabling fans worldwide to generate and share personalized arena artwork videos. Overcoming technical challenges, the team utilized ChatGPT-powered prompt design and Stable Diffusion models to produce close to a million images, culminating in a spectacular display of creative excellence and imaginative NBA superstardom.
